1. English for Academic Purposes - How to use Paragraphing and cohesive devices, 10:30 am: In this session you will learn to use paragraphs to link ideas together and create a logical progression through your text.

2. Analysing and communicating data, 10:30 am: Take an introductory look at some methods of data analysis and communication and also get familiar with software such as NVIVO!

1. English for Academic Purposes: Using the Passive voice, 10:30 am - Passive voice is used to ensure that the focus of our writing is on the research. In this session we will talk about when and why to use passive voice.

2. Paragraphing: Cohesion and Coherence, 10:30 am - Here we will look at how paragraphs are structured to signal link between them and to write clear topic sentences!
