Our mirrors have blinds, so they can be covered up when needed.

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings we have Female Only Gym sessions. We do our best to ensure that these are staffed by a female member of the YSJActive team. The sessions are included in our monthly memberships, or you PAYG for £3 per session. We also have a 10 session pass, which saves you 50p per session.
