GMaster Hwang fue uno de los primeros en recibir la categoría de 9no Dan de manos del Gral Choi Hong Hi. Durante la guerra de Vietnam oficio de instructor del ejercito coreano
Ocupo distintos cargos dentro de Federación Internacional de Taekwondo, entre ellos el de Vocero, Presidente de los Comités de Fomento y difusion del Taekwon-Do, miembro del Comité de Políticas y Secretario General de la ITF. Al mismo tiempo, fue también Director del Equipo Senior de Taekwon-Do de los Estados Unidos entre 1989 y 1992, y Director del Equipo Junior del mismo país para cada Campeonato Mundial Junior de la ITF, desde 1990 hasta 2002

GMaster Hwang was one of the first to receive the 9th Dan category from Gral Choi Hong Hi. During the Vietnam War, he was a Korean army instructor. He held various positions within the International Taekwondo Federation, including speaker, Chairman of the Taekwon-Do Promotion and Dissemination Committees, member of the Policy Committee and Secretary General of the ITF. At the same time, he was also Director of the Senior Taekwon-Do Team of the United States between 1989 and 1992, and Director of the Junior Team in the same country for each ITF Junior World Championship, from 1990 to 2002

COPA KWAN 2024 - 16/06/2024

The 2024 Kwan Cup was held with students from the various Kwan Association schools. Realization and supervision of the MO Aliança Brasileira de Taekwon-do. We had competitions in patterns, fight and also some Demonstrations. This year we celebrated the year of the Dragon and the theme of the event was Dragon Challenge 2, (The first edition was in 2012). We thank all the teachers present.

ITF MO #620 National Tournament & Food Drive

26th ITF National Championship hosted by ITF MO #620, Dec 9th and 10th December 2023, supporting the ITF Food Drive as part of the tournament.
We would like to bring to your attention that there is a national tournament event - 26th ITF National Championship happening on Dec 9th and 10th 2023. We are also working on doing the ITF Food Drive as part of the tournament.

ITF Event Food Drive - MO #562 (Brazil)
The Association Kwan Traditional Taekwon-do in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, joined the campaign Food Drive to collect food.
Several students from CT Kwan Gym, (Tijuca subsidiary), sent food to people in need.
"We chose the Refugee people NGO: "Pares - Caritas", which serves people from 70 countries.
We thank Our president, Grand Master Choi Jung Hwa, for being this inspiration"
