The Somerset adult ADHD service have recently created an App to support adults with confirmed or suspected ADHD called ConnectPlus
It contains reliable information and advice about ADHD, as well as helpful tools such as ways to understand ADHD symptoms, track appointment and find local support.
The app grows with each person's needs, offering the right information at the right time and helping people feel more confident and in control of their care.
This is about making sure people feel supported, listened to and empowered to make informed choices about their health💙

😔 No Baby and Toddler session on Friday 3/7/26, 10/7/26 and 17/7/26. Such a busy time of the year and we have a lot on in the next few weeks. 😍

We are sorry but there is no Baby and Toddler session for 3 weeks (12/6/26, 19/6/26 and 26/6/26). Look forward to returning 3/7/36. 🥳

Our stick insect eggs are hatching! In the last week 5 have hatched! We also said goodbye to one of the oldest stick insects 🥲. A complete life cycle. The children carefully looked at the deceased stick insect with a magnifying glass and could closely observe (something impossible to do when the stick insects are alive, they move fast). These observation skills were really tested to see the tiny baby stick insects amongst the ivy leaves! Lots of conversation and sustained shared interest ❤️
