Baking is a great way to learn about measures and is a lovely starting point for some great writing opportunities.

A little emotional after a final session with one of my students today. She has worked incredibly hard, improved so much and has grown in confidence immensely during her time with me. I am so proud of her and it is now time for her to spread her wings and fly. Good luck on your next adventure Molly and remember I will always be here if you need me again. Many of our children are beginning their SAT's, GCSEs and A levels over the next few weeks. This can be a very stressful and overwhelming time for many students. It's important to remember that their physical and mental health is far more important than any test results. Life is a journey of learning and if things go pear shaped, don't worry, it's not the end of the line. Keep trying, keep being awesome and you will get there in the end.
This week is mental health week so I thought I'd share a few tips to help keep our amazing young people physically and mentally prepared. You've got this!
