A few snaps to flashback to Saturday and what an amazing morning that was hosting our first ever Hyrox Sim Beyond Any Limits Ltd Wymondham Rugby Club

On what was a very hot day, athletes turned up, stepped out of their comfort zones and battled on.

As owners and coaches, when we see these levels of effort it is a proper pinch yourself moment.

To everyone involved, athletes, volunteers, family members drafted in, a huge thankyou!!!

Success celebration time🙌🙌🙌

Great couple of sessions to kick off the day this morning. Everyone working hard through the High intensity Intervals on the bikes that is

Then a massive celebration shout out to our amazing run club team…

Henrietta Branston started run club only able to run continuously for circa 60 secs. Today she didn’t stop for 21 minutes including speed intervals! Absolutely amazing development and how smooth she looks running😎….massive congrats Hen, you are awesome🙌

Sophie & Victoria also smashed 21 minutes continuous this morning developing from a max time of 5 minutes when they started…🤯 and Sophie may have done that on the back of a sprint double session….awesome effort ladies, your coach is very proud💪

Then we have our speed queen Paula McGrath….wow can she move quick! Really impressive running through 7 intervals🤩🤩🤩

Everyone deserves a gold star this morning, you all did great and it gives us a coaches such a great feeling when we see clients achieve such amazing highs🚀

So amazing to see what anyone can achieve by showing up, being consistent and keeping on target. Well done everyone, we can’t wait to see what further lies ahead🏆
