I am a sleep consultant, I put together a sleep routine and techniques which is bespoke to the parents and child’s needs.
I provide ongoing support to families and
I mainly work remotely, my furthest client was as far away as wales.

What a night nanny does is very different, they work to give parents a break, a night off for example. Make feeds and give as needed through the night.

I don’t do these things but support parents making a bespoke plan so that they don’t feel sleep deprived moving moving
