Wales / Herefordshire friends. Has it been a while since you met up with other creative folks IRL? Come to brunch with me on Fri 26th June.
I've found getting myself featured in magazines over the years has really helped my business, but I had the advantage of 20 years of PR expertise behind me. So I knew what to do...
I realise it might feel elusive to anyone who doesn't have that background. Perhaps you're a maker, a coach, therapist, artist, celebrant, or maybe you own a venue such as a gallery, B & B or glamping site. You might be a jewellery-maker wanting to get into gift guides in time for (whisper it) xmas.
Or maybe you just want to meet other lovely humans and do some gentle low-key networking over brunch. That's fine too.
Our expert is Kitty Corrigan, who has many years' experience across titles such as Country Living and Country Homes & Interiors.
And we're kindly being supported by Curzon Wealth Management (thank you to Doug Jones)
If you'd like to come along and £ is a barrier at the moment for any reason, just drop me an email as I am always open to offering bursary places, especially to locals. I'm on [email protected]
Tickets, as always, are on my website: www.forcreativepeople.com
(And I was VERY proud of myself for finding some sunshine to take a few pics yesterday on what felt like the rainiest day of the year)

Welsh & Herefordshire friends, let's have brunch
at the glorious Felin Fach Griffin, Brecon (the very bestest sort of friendly gastropub with its own kitchen garden).
We'll chat with wonderful writer and editor, Kitty Corrigan, about how to get featured in glossy lifestyle magazines, online and in print, and we'll do some gentle networking as we enjoy the Felin Fach's lovely refreshments and location.
We're delighted to be supported by Curzon Wealth Management
thanks to Douglas Jones Dip PFS

"It’s always a little daunting to have a holiday when you’re freelance.
To stop things, out-of-office it, say no, stretch your own self-imposed deadlines, take your shoes off.
And feel the sand, warm in March.
Paddling, kite-flying, ice-cream hunting. Sunday lunching, walking to the tune of nesting skylarks.
And when I got back it was time to move out of the woods, down into the town."
