I help people change their lifestyle. Get fit. Feel better. Become better. We find the root cause holding you back. START HERE 👇
Which route are you taking. A simple answer but it’s a question that requires you to really think on what type of person your becoming
“I don’t have time” is the laziest excuse in the book.
You’ve got time to scroll. Time for Netflix. Time to eat. Time to be glued to your phone. You’ve just decided none of that time goes toward you.
Every day is a choice. Health or illness. Choose.

From size 18 to a comfortable 16 but that’s not the biggest change.
After previous bad experiences in the gym, exercise had become associated with judgement, discomfort and feeling like she didn’t belong.
She had already lost 5 stone by herself, but eventually hit a wall.
Skipping meals. Weighing fruit. Overthinking food. Losing trust in her own body.
The problem was never effort.
It was confidence.
Years of feeling like the “curvy odd one out” around slimmer family and friends had taken its toll.
So we stripped everything back.
1-to-1 sessions.
Zero judgement.
No punishment.
No obsession with the scales.
Just rebuilding healthy habits, working towards the things that mattered to her, and helping her reconnect with her body.
15 weeks later:
Size 18 → comfortable size 16.
Less reliance on her inhaler.
Fatty liver back to normal.
But the biggest result?
She’s learned to love her curves again.
That’s the transformation I care about.
Not just changing how someone looks.
Changing how they feel about themselves.

A lot of people grew up with someone who was never quite happy for them.
Someone who always had to be better.
They always had to win.
They never really told you that you were doing well even when you were.
If that’s you, you probably spent a long time chasing something you were never going to get.
And at some point, you have to realise nobody is coming to give you that validation.
If you want to hear that you’re doing alright, you have to start believing it yourself.
That doesn’t mean ignoring where you came from.
It means becoming what you needed instead of waiting for someone else to become it for you.
That’s what I coach people through.
Building the belief in themselves that they were never given.
Learning to trust themselves.
Learning to recognise their own progress.
Becoming the person they needed when they were younger.
Be the man your younger self needed.
You've become comfortable with being unhappy.
Comfortable avoiding the gym.
Comfortable ordering another takeaway.
Comfortable being tired. Comfortable making excuses you already know are bu****it.
That's the dangerous part. Comfortable was never the same thing as happy. It just means you've gotten used to your own excuses.
If that's you right now it's not too late to get uncomfortable again.

The hardest part isn't a lack of motivation.
It's not knowing why you keep stopping.
Most people think it's willpower. It's rarely that simple.
Usually it's one of five things: stress, time, tools, energy, or money quietly getting in the way before you've even started.
I call it STTEM. Find which one it actually is, and you can finally fix the right problem instead of blaming yourself for the wrong one.
That's what TBfit is about.
Not another generic plan.
Finding out what's actually stopping you.

"Healthy eating is too expensive."
I hear this a lot. But let's actually look at it.
A takeaway most weeks costs more over a month than a proper food shop does. So does a few coffees a day, a couple of nights out, or a subscription you forgot you're paying for. None of that gets questioned the same way but suddenly eggs and veg are "too expensive."
It's not really about money. It's about priorities. We all spend on what matters to us, and for a lot of people, health just isn't high enough on that list yet until it becomes a problem.
You don't need to eat expensive to eat well. Bulk cooked meals, frozen veg (genuinely just as good nutritionally), cheaper protein like eggs, mince, tinned fish none of that is expensive, and all of it works.
The truth is, most people can afford to eat well. They just haven't decided it's worth prioritising yet.

3 workouts a week doesn't sound like much.
That's 156 workouts a year.
Most people overestimate what one workout does and underestimate what 156 of them do. You skip a Tuesday session and it feels like nothing. You skip it 40 times over a year without realising, and suddenly you're wondering why nothing's changed.
Same goes the other way. Show up 3 times a week, most weeks, for a year you don't need to be perfect. You just need to stop treating consistency like it's optional.
This is the bit people miss. It's not about one good week. It's about what you're still doing in week 40.
