School's out for summer!

What an incredible end to the term! Our students have had an absolute blast with trips to Alton Towers, breakfast outings, fishing, and, of course, our favourite... go-karting!

Every single trip has been thoroughly deserved after the hard work, determination and progress our students have shown over the last few terms. We couldn't be prouder of everything they've achieved.

A huge thank you to our amazing staff team for making these experiences possible and for always going the extra mile for our young people.

And a special thank you to PMG Karting World who always go above and beyond to accommodate us. It's without doubt our students' favourite trip every time!

🔨 Carpenter Tutor� To support learners working towards their City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 qualifications in Carpentry.

🔧 Plumbing Tutor�To deliver practical training and guidance to learners studying City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 Plumbing qualifications.

🤝 Teaching Assistant�To provide additional support to learners, particularly those who are neurodiverse, helping them achieve their full potential in a positive learning environment.

📞 Receptionist / Administrator�To manage front desk duties and day-to-day administration while confidently engaging with and supporting neurodiverse young people and visitors.

📅 Term-Time Only�• 39 weeks per year�• Initially 2–3 days per week�• Approximate hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm
(Days and hours may differ for each role).

Freelance IQA Required – Plumbing Level 1 & Level 2 Qualifications

As part of the final stage of our approval process to become an approved City & Guilds Centre, we are seeking a suitably qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) on a freelance basis to support the delivery of our Plumbing Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.

Essential requirements:
*Assessor Award
*Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Award
*Knowledge and understanding of the Plumbing Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications
*Knowledge of the education and assessment system, with the ability to guide and advise assessors
*Ability to act as the lead member of the quality assurance team

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with City & Guilds requirements.

Tuesdays at N-Hance are all about project work 🔨

Our current project is a collaboration with St Matthias Primary School in Malvern, where our carpentry team is helping to redevelop their Forest School area.

Scott, our Carpentry Lead, has really embraced the project and is doing an outstanding job guiding and supporting the team throughout.

It’s been brilliant to see the progress being made and the way the team has got stuck into the project. Opportunities like this give our young people the chance to learn new skills, work together, and leave a lasting impact on the local community.
