It’s been a really good 10day focus !
Rachael started her journey with us just at the start of January . She was feeling tired and wanted to loose a few lbs. She’s a very busy mum so fitting a rigorous fitness program into her life was never going to work ! Instead she’s eating a healthy balanced diet and with the help of the worlds nutrition ( just as Alexa- “what’s the best nutrition company in the world “) she is feeling AMAZING , totally focused on her healthy habits and has just smashed her way to 10lbs loss !

15 days ago she started to focus on her health . Dani wanted more energy and to get healthier - So we’ve worked with her to get on a great nutrition plan and work on some healthy habits . Dani started on our 10day healthy marathon to keep her motivated and share her journey with others on their own journey . Just look what she had gone and done ! 10lbs down but most important she’s not hungry and her energy levels are way up 🙌
