☀️ Wishing Our Families a Wonderful Summer! ☀️

As another fantastic school year comes to an end, we would like to thank all of our pupils, parents and carers for your continued support throughout the year.

We are incredibly proud of everything our children have achieved, from their hard work in the classroom to their growth, resilience and determination. Together, we have celebrated many successes and created lasting memories.

We hope you all enjoy a well-deserved summer break filled with fun, laughter and quality time with family and friends. Stay safe, make lots of happy memories and take time to relax and recharge.

We look forward to welcoming everyone back on 2nd September for another exciting year of learning, attendance and achievement!

Reception had a wonderful time during their visit to Tiddler Town! The children loved exploring the busy town, which was full of shops, a fire station, a doctor’s surgery, a hairdressers and a vets, just to name a few! Through imaginative role play, they developed their communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills whilst having lots of fun story telling all about People Who Help Us! 🌟🏪🚒🩺🐾

The children enjoyed their assembly from this week. They learnt all about their summer reading challenge called 'Read to the Beat'. This Summer they have been challenged to read as many books, magazines or comics as possible, which they can access for free from The Hive. Make sure you try and take a visit over the 6 week break to sign up for a library card and borrow a book!

🎶 Year 3 had an amazing time at the Big Sing at Malvern Theatre last week, singing and dancing their hearts out alongside other local schools. The children also enjoyed the beautiful sunshine with a walk around Priory Park, making it a day full of music, fun and wonderful memories! ☀️🎵

Reception had a fantastic time taking part in National Cardboard Box Day today- a special day celebrating open-ended play, imagination, creativity and the joy of childhood. A simple box can become almost anything when children are given time, space and permission to play- something we truly value everyday at 📦 📦 📦

As a result of their hard work in our poetry workshop at the start of this week, a group of Year 6’s had the opportunity to perform their poem to Michael Rosen this morning! They performed their climate change poem called ‘I am nature’ which they only had two days to practice. Michael described it as a ‘celebration of the nature we do have’ and that ‘it sounded like the children had been practising for months.’ Shout out to for inviting us to take part, the children have loved every second.
