We're very happy to share that the lovely Valda is celebrating an amazing 25 years of service with us today!

Reaching such a milestone is a fantastic achievement and reflects the dedication, hard work, and commitment that Valda has shown over the years. She has always been a friendly, supportive, and valued colleague, and brings knowledge, experience, and positivity to the team.

Valda is always a welcoming presence for our learners and I'm sure many of you will have seen her and chatted with her over the last few years!

At Young Adult Learning Worcestershire we're creating a place where young people can learn, achieve, and succeed.

But don't just take our word for it. Here's what some of our learners say:

⬡ "You help me."
⬢ "I like small groups and working 1 to 1 with tutors."
⬡ "You give me space."
⬢ "I like to do things at my pace - you allow me to."
⬡ "You give me time to reset."
⬢ "I like the tutors because they mix in with us."
⬡ "You don't follow me around."

For some learners, success starts with having the time, space and support to be themselves. That's what Young Adult Learning is all about - creating an environment where every learner has the opportunity to learn, achieve, and succeed.
