What I ate on my sea side holiday….
… and why it doesn’t matter.
A couple weeks ago I went on holiday in Devon. The coast was beautiful and the little town mesmerising, but the food, the food was insane.
At first I felt the need to still write in my food diary, worry about when I was having my meals and imagine myself being bloated because I was going to have gluten or because I was going to try new things.
The reality is, non of that mattered. I was on holiday enjoying time with the people I love. I didn’t have to think about eating super healthy or try to have a 3-4 hour fast in between my meals. I needed to just relax, de-stress and eat what felt right at the time.
I’m not trying to glamorise holiday eating. But I think that we shouldn’t have any shame if we’re going to take a couple days to eat food that might not be in our usual scope. That’s fine.
When you’re back from holiday you can always get back to eating normal (80/20 rule 😉).
So on your next holiday.. enjoy the food, grab that ice cream, allow yourself the freedom to try new things. Your body will thank you for it.

Client Review ✨
Thank you Daniela for your lovely words!
All your hard work is paying off and you’re the one making it all happen 🙏🏼.
I can’t even put into words how much I love what I do. Hearing feedback like this makes all the stressful days and crazy hours worth it.
I love seeing the progress and the changes people go through as they fall in love with fitness. It’s what happened to me many years ago and I get to relieve that experience with them!
If you want to feel happy and healthy, work on your mindset/mobility/motivation towards exercise, food or life, then drop me a message!
Let’s start making changes together. It’s never too late. You CAN be in control of your health and you CAN create a better future for yourself mentally, physically and spiritually 🧠💪🏼🧘🏽♀️

New Year New Me?
Well actually not really. You can’t change who you are just in a day. Nor should you let go of who you’ve been and the lessons you have learnt in hope that you will miraculously be better.
You don’t have to be a new version of you to be better. You’ve just got to be more understanding, more patient and more compassionate to the version of you you already know.
This doesn’t mean you can’t achieve great goals. Of course you can. But it won’t be a new version of you that does it, it’ll be the version of you you know now.
What I’m trying to say is that you can’t put pressure or belief into the ‘you’ that is yet to exist. Work with the ‘you’ that you have right in front of you.
Each day we are blessed with so many choices, so many chances to do something differently. Reflect and learn from your past mistakes, so that you can NOW push forward with the knowledge of the previous years within you.

It’s TIME🙌🏼
Let’s do a little challenge for December 🙏🏼❄️
As I’m sure you all know. This time of year many of us get winter blues, motivation is low, we’re laying down more, and days are short yet there’s still so much to do.
So I’ve devised this little challenge for myself and my family. But I decided to share it on here too as it may help some of you.
This challenge isn’t super hard or complicated. Though it gets more difficult every week, it’s designed to be manageable and something fun to complete over December.
Maybe you’re not able to make it to the gym 4/5 times a week this month. And that’s okay. Maybe sticking to something like this little challenge is enough.
I’ll be doing it too and I hope that some of you will join me. We can motivate and help each other 😌🙌🏼.
So let’s shake off those winter blues and get our bodies feeling good during this exhausting and indulgent month 🙈.
I don’t know about you but I want to enter 2024 feeling good!
And I know having a little challenge will keep me more focused. And definitely make me go outside when I don’t want to 😝🌨️❄️
Who’s with me?

Client testimonial🙌🏼!
Thank you .k for your kind words.
And you’re completely right. We do need to be reminded of how far we’ve come.
I train a variety of clients, and I don’t always train beginners.
I often train people who have been on their fitness journey for a while, and sometimes they just need an extra push, a challenge or someone to guide them through their difficult sessions.
If you’re someone who tends to push themselves, believe me, you will push yourself a lot more with a trainer.
My passion is to help people find the motivation they need to make health and fitness not just a habit they enjoy or a lifestyle change they need to make. I help people make health their passion.
We all want a long healthy life. And that life starts now. Or better yet, it has already begun! And you are the one that makes the choices every day. You’re the one that’s able to make yourself feel better (or feel worse).
But sometimes we need a helping hand…
So let me help you help yourself🙏🏼 💪🏼, and let’s get healthier together.
