Roding Primary’s PFA (Parent Friend Association) is an organisation with a mission to make the school a better place. By bringing together parents, teachers, local people and businesses, we aim to raise funds and strengthen the school community by running events that improve the school experience for all pupils. We work purely on a voluntary basis to raise money to fund projects and activities tha
t cannot be funded within school budgets. Our aim is to enrich the time our children have at Roding Primary, enhancing both the social and educational experience. We aim to create a strong sense of community where parents, teachers and the local community, are invested in our children now and for future generations. Through previous fundraising we have paid for children to see a pantomime, had “Father Christmas” deliver presents for all the Reception children, provided money for the school's sensory garden to be built and paid for the large gazebo in the playground. Past events include the popular Big Bounce, discos, quiz nights and fetes. We want school to be an inspirational and fun place for our children to learn and socialise. To help us achieve this we are always on the look-out for new ideas and new members. To find out more do get in touch - everyone is welcome to join us, and any offer of help is always gratefully received! With your support we can create more shared experiences, appeal to a larger majority and raise more money for our school. Support our cause by signing up to EasyFundraising:
