If your child attends an early years setting (nursery, pre-school or childminder) and brings a packed lunch, you may have been asked to make sure it’s a healthy one.

Since September 2025, early years providers have been required to follow new DfE nutrition guidance — and this affects what can go into lunchboxes.

Are you ready? Because it's happening this half term 😁. All you little ones (and grownups) who love a bit of K-Pop music and dancing, we can't wait to explore some funky moves with you!

Our diddi dance take on this theme is totally age appropriate and lots of fun for preschoolers and their grownups to enjoy together.

And for those who maybe don't know what K-Pop is yet, here's a little explanation 👇🏼

💖 K-Pop (short for Korean Pop) is a South Korean music genre, especially popular with young people. Known for it's catchy songs, visually appealing costumes and intricate dance moves.

Are you aware of the new immunisation schedule for your little ones? 💉

All babies (whether they were born before or after July 2024) will continue to be offered immunisations at 8,12 and 16 weeks old. For the remaining vaccinations, these changes are now in place:

- If they were born before 1st July 2024, they will continue to be offered at 1 year, 2 years and 3 years 4 months.
- If your baby was born on or after 1st July 2024, they will be offered immunisations when they turn 1 year, 18 months old, 2 years and 3 years 4 months.
