Before I became a Life Coach I had a coach, I have had counselling and CBT. All of these helped me to rebuild after losing myself after a long relationship failed and I found I did not know who I wanted to be. I saw a Facebook post a few years ago where it was suggested that you keep a jar and add a note everything someone touches you.
This could be a sunrise, a hug from a friend, finishing a book, being smiled at by a stranger, going to a concert or anything that makes you smile.
Put a note in a jar all year. At New Year open the jar and read how amazing a year you have had. You can also watch the notes build up and realise life is good.
I have been doing this for a number of years now and I love it. Give it a go 😁

I am a hugger and its great that the science now proves that hugs are good for you. They can increase your mood as well as having health benefits.
