Medal Monday 🤩🏅

Choosing a half marathon in this heatwave wasn’t my finest decision 🥵 but we got there in the end!

Huge well done to Oscar for completing the Dorney 5km in super speedy 23:49- so proud of you ❤️

Also a huge thank you and well done to who ran with me for the first two laps before letting me try and chase him down for the last two when he stretched his legs out 😂.. what a great runner 🔥🏃‍♀️

Even more of an achievement in this weather!

The best of YNRA run club 🤩🏃‍♀️🍦🔫💦

The heatwave is definitely making it a bit harder to get out and run, so we adapted run club to a shady route, stocked up on ice lollies and purchased a water gun that joined us on the runs 😂

We got out there and smashed 3 great runs, we took it slower and enjoyed a nice chat on the way round! Well done everyone, as the sunshine is definitely making every run feel a lot harder! But you did it, and we laughed and smiled the whole way round.

Look at those smiles in the photos 😍 it’s the reason we do it!

Shout out to Noah who literally comes for the oranges, ice lollies and to follow the boys around when they play football after 😂🥰

2 years ago I sat with a dream of creating a running coaching company/ running club to help people on their running journeys.

2 years later, several clients, a run club, one event and hundreds of individual and group runs, team training sessions, hyrox training plans and a lot more, we did it 😍

Happy birthday YNRA, thank you for everyone who has been part of this journey, for helping me to believe in myself it could work, to helping to start it up, to supporting it, to trusting me with your plans, to sharing my details, to joining me for runs, to being part of the weekly run club and to everyone who has been a part of it in some way, big or small!

You will never understand how much I appreciate it all, without you it wouldn’t be what it is now! I couldn’t have asked for a better group 🤩

So a huge thank you and happy birthday, I’m looking forward to what’s to come for YNRA in the future. 💛🖤

The best of YNRA run club last night 🤩🏃‍♀️🌞🍦

Our new favourite way of finishing our 5kms.. with ice lollies!! Noah certainly approves 🥰

Well done to everyone, it was another hot one! The young runners flew round, it’s becoming harder to keep up with them although I did pip them in a sprint finish 😂

We then went on a trail adventure through the woods with Stacey and Jo for our next 5km, which included climbing tree stumps which was actually so much fun! Smashed it ladies well done!

YNRA client of the month for June… 🏃‍♀️🤩🥁

A huge well done to who is our client of the month for June!

When Jo started with us she was running intervals runs of 1 minute on, 1 minute off and over the last year she has worked really hard to increase that and is now comfortably running 5kms without stopping. Last month at the Decathlon 5km she got a PB with a sub 30 run 🙌

But not only that, Jo completed her first ever 10km run last month at the Dinton summer series!! What an incredible achievement!

You’ve worked so hard over the last few months to get to that distance, something when you started that you thought you could never do so a huge well done!

Looking forward to seeing what you achieve next! Keep up the great work!
