Two years in — turned up consistently, medalled at competitions, and put the work in on the mats week after week. Helped plenty of teammates along the way too. Blue belt earned, not given.

Great session with James Clutton . Finished the night with a shark tank for Adam, and he held up well under it.

Well deserved. Onwards.

Tough rounds, high level across the board, and we came away buzzing (and a bit battered). Cheers for having us — always good to roll with new faces and get tested.

Two STMA lads out at the Reading Open this morning.

Adam picked up silver in NoGi with multiple submissions on his way to the final. Narrowly losing out on points for the gold.

Myro had two busy brackets also, finishing two matches via submission to earn bronze in Gi. He managed to walk away with silver in NoGi against tough competition.

Back to training tomorrow 7pm 🥋
