Summer at the farm. Kids are learning to chainsaw and clear paths, we have a new Kune Kune pig named Petunia, and a new guard dog.

Via Rail from Jasper to Prince Rupert, “The Adventure Line;” a two-day train ride with an overnight stay in Prince George. Highlights were the tunnels, gorgeous lakes and mountains, really interesting train stops, and minimal internet service lol.
In Prince Rupert we whale watched, ate fabulous sushi, hiked the Kiwanis Trail into the Tall Trees trail, to the Butze Rapids Trail… a really roundabout way to go look for starfish without having to take a taxi out and back.
