Argyle Community Fitness is also home of Weapons Down Wirral CIC built to support our community, not profit. Memberships are just £19.99 per month, keeping it affordable and accessible.
What we offer goes beyond exercise — it’s about support, routine and connection:
• FREE boxing sessions for young people funded by Heap & Partners Ltd 🥊
• FREE fitness classes and boxing for people in recovery, running throughout the week funded by Nightingales Hub 🙏
• Regular sessions supporting local mental health services
• Ongoing classes delivered in partnership with the local authority

Heap & Partners delivers trunnion ball valves to North Sea Bruce platform Heap & Partners has designed and manufactured 12 trunnion ball valves for a Serica Energy maintenance campaign this year.

Another Phase Ball Valve quick delivery destined for a TAR in the UKCNS. This 4” RB #600 Full F44 (6 Moly) Ball valve is leaving today after an expedited production schedule, including standard API 6D and High Pressure Gas Testing and a full Offshore Paint specification in less than nine weeks.
