Are you a carer looking to take some time for yourself, focus on your own health and wellbeing to make sure you can continue to support your loved ones?
The saying goes β you canβt pour from an empty cup β come and join us and we will support you. We have an exercise session that lasts around 45 minutes and then an hour for a cup of tea or coffee for you to socialise with likeminded people π
If this sounds like something you are interested in, please drop us a message or share to anyone you know.
You do not need to provide any proof of receiving carers allowance ect, you may not even recognise yourself as a carer because you support a loved one.

π Nordic Walking π
Our Active You project is offering you the chance to complete a 4 Week Learn to Nordic Walk course and then weekly sessions to continue Nordic Walking with Graham from Nordic Walking Wirral.
These FREE sessions will take on a Monday from the Floral Pavilion and a Friday from Birkenhead Park. The four week courses will take place at 10am - 11.00am and the follow up sessions will run from 11.00am - 12.00pm.
Learn the fundamentals of Nordic walking with the INWA 10-step method. Whether youβre a beginner or looking to refine your technique, Graham will provide group instruction.
Places are limited and booking is essential and all equipment is provided.

Yesterday I went to the marine lake with my 10 year old to use my paddle board for the first time. Realised that her buoyancy vest no longer fitted. We made our way to the watersports office, in Kit Link donation station, there was one that fitted that I could have.
Everything at the station is free, just log what you take with your postcode.
This allows everyone to have the chance to take part in different sports without the massive cost.
