Opera in the Garden on a sunny Saturday evening... 🎭

What a wonderful evening it was here at the Lodge as we welcomed so many new and familiar faces for Rogue Opera's performance of Carmen Reimagined.

Come and enjoy the music of Scottish-Indian classical guitarist Samrat Majumder 🎼

Samrat is an ambassador for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and co-founder of the Classical Guitar Reach Foundation of India.

The event on Sunday 25 October, from 7pm, will include a welcome drink and canapes and will take place in our historic Drawing Room.

Painting a bigger picture, together 🎨

Our Freedom of Religion or Belief programme brought together people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to build skills, understanding, and relationships.

In this Gestalt painting activity each person used one colour to create a whole painting, the colours blending in places and contrasting in others.

A small reflection of the purpose of our work: reminding us that when we approach difference with curiosity, respect, and imagination, we can create something meaningful.
