Surround yourself with people who are outrageously optimistic. Flock with others who are truly, madly, and deeply in love with life. Move in the company of kindred spirits who build you up and give you wings to fly.

Finally made it to Dubai ✈️ to spend an amazing holiday with my boys 😎
Fabulous sunrises, quad biking, private luxury boat around the harbour 🛥 , Burj Khalifa, awesome sunsets, delicious food, snorkelling 🤿, swimming in a very warm sea 🏊🏻‍♀️ , Burj Al Arab, aquarium 🐠 🐟 & worlds longest zip line.
So many special memories and quality time with my gorgeous family 🥰

Should have been flying out ✈️ to Dubai to see my son today ... it got cancelled 6 weeks ago 😢
Plan B - let’s go to North Wales 🚗 ... it got cancelled on Monday 😂
Plan C - how about we go to Napton on the Hill 🚗 ... got cancelled on Tuesday due to kitchen refit in the cottage we booked 🤣
Plan D - got something booked and on our way to Worcester 🚗 🤞

Imperfect action beats

A wonderful long weekend away in West Dorset celebrating Steve’s birthday. We do love quirky so this converted Bedford Truck was fabulous for us.

Afternoon tea ... or rather prosecco 🥂 and cake 🍰 with one of my bestie’s.

Long post because I care 💜enough to make sure you know what you could be getting or could be missing.

Lockdown for me has been far less stressful than for many of my friends and neighbours because I've been ahead of the curve and working full time from home online for 14 years.

I’ve watched people I love with super successful traditional businesses have their establishments closed and their income stopped overnight, literally having the rug pulled from under their feet. Or people being furloughed on 80% of their salary when they need 100% just to survive.

That hasn’t happened to me because my online business has still been operating just as it was before, in 165 countries, with the online sales of the products from the company I work for being in more demand than ever.

Whilst Boots The Chemist (our biggest pharmacy chain in the UK) sold out of a lot of products, we still had them as we not only manufacture and package the products ourselves but we grow the core ingredients ... being in complete control of the entire process.

I’m not saying what I do became easier - products don’t jump off screens into people’s homes without me marketing, advertising, educating people and selling them - but there’s been more need and desire and far more people shopping online which has seen my own business grow.

All products are shipped directly from the company to my customers globally, so no visits to the post office for me or having to meet customers face to face.

That’s not something we have had to adapt to - it’s something we have always done - it’s how it works.

Maybe you’re sat at home realising that a back up business, side hustle or extra income stream would have been really useful and given you some breathing space and peace of mind during lockdown. That’s what tonight is for.

You’re probably thinking it’s too late to get started - it’s not ... but particularly if you are suited to working from home or online (or you are prepared to learn from scratch) you really shouldn’t leave it any longer than NOW!

Or maybe you were once working with us/me and didn’t put your everything in it then but the time is now RIGHT?
