King's Burrow Nursery

Sneaking through the trees and into the Nature Garden we found a Tree Party 🌳🎉 happening at King’s Burrow yesterday!

Exploring, Investigating and Challenging themselves at our Stay and Play Forest School session the children and parents had a go at using tools, climbing and swinging in the trees and making potions with natural resources.

A special thank you to our Garden Lead, Charlotte, for arranging our tree Party!

Our wonderful Chef Emma 👩‍🍳 has taken time out of her busy day to make personalised gifts for our preschoolers with a tailored bag of their favourite recipes from the nursery kitchen, an apron, spatula and bubbles in a cute little bag! 😍

Our team at Kings Burrow Nursery know the children inside out and are always doing things above and beyond for each and every child. We are more than just a nursery, we are a little family ❤️🐰

In close collaboration with Hampshire County Council and Itchen College, King’s Burrow Nursery proudly supports the government-backed Early Years Skills Bootcamp. Our nursery provides end-to-end support for learners, from their initial introduction to a career in Early Years and the pedagogy of Forest School, right through to course completion. Graduates are offered a formal interview with us and the opportunity to develop their experience and skills further through a position at our nursery. Join King’s Burrow Nursery and Itchen College and be part of this vital movement to empower the next generation of Early Years professionals!
