Lovely feedback just in ☺️

I don’t know where to start to describe my valuable times spent with Sarah. She held space whilst I worked through my thoughts and feelings and then Sarah reflected them back to me with such gentle clarity. Sarah helped me find a way to move forward in a much more positive way having been through some difficult times which left me feeling stuck. To experience her kind support and coaching was simply wonderful and I felt empowered as a result.

Easier said than done, I know…

You don’t have to fix everything all at once.

How about choosing one thing to do that brings you joy?

There will always be other demands on your time and energy.

Our beautiful Bonnie is nearly 14. She often behaves like a puppy and she brings our family so much love and joy.

She wanted me to remind everyone that you are not too old and it’s not too late 😘

I’m just back from a short, but wonderful trip to Edinburgh with my youngest son. We went to look round the university and were very impressed.
It was so refreshing to have a change of scene and I’ve come back feeling energised and inspired!
My new website is slowly taking shape and I’m excited to be taking new bookings for online coaching. Please DM me if you’d like to find out more.

Anyone who knows me knows I love running 🤩. I’m a qualified running coach in addition to being a life coach.

In the past few years I’ve developed a passion for open water swimming 💙 and I’ve swim all year round, including in the ice! ❄️

It always brings me such peace and I never regret going.

Every time I get into the lake I always feel apprehensive and a little nervous. I’d be much more comfortable running, which I’ve been doing for nearly 25 years now…🏃‍♀️

I know getting out of my comfort zone is good for me, but it’s hard.

I wonder what you dream of doing (that’s a bit scary for you) and what’s stopping you?

Is anyone else enjoying ‘Riot Women’ on the BBC? Very powerful, funny and moving.

I found it particularly poignant when Beth, the English teacher (played brilliantly by Joanna Scanlan), was sharing about their mental health crisis, only to be completely ignored by their headteacher who didn’t even hear what they said! Awful. 😞

How often do we feel that we aren’t heard and that we are alone?

One of the things I love about coaching is to be able to really listen to what someone is sharing and to support them in trying to find a way forward. It’s such a privilege.

You are not invisible and you do matter x

Just back from helping with Wi******er parkrun. Such a great start to the weekend.

I’ve been running since my daughter was a baby -she’s 23 now.

I ran the Bristol half marathon last weekend. It’s a lovely event with over 23,000 runners, but very hot last week. I may be getting slower, but my passion for running remains! My next race is the London 10k in July.

I’m a running coach as well as a qualified life coach. 🏃‍♀️ I especially enjoy coaching new runners or runners keen to improve their running. You are not too old and it’s not too late!

Have a lovely weekend.

Are you better at caring more for others than yourself? This is your permission to prioritise self care this weekend! No guilt. Look after yourself, whatever that means for you. Xx

I like this, what do you think? I’ve just started reading a great book on meditation called ‘Heavily Meditated’ by Caitlin Cady. Would recommend!
