After all that painting it’s time to get ready for our exhibition and mount all the beautiful pieces our students have chosen to display. We were honoured to have Oscar join us, he had to come and see his portrait after all!
We aren’t a paint by numbers class, we’ll teach you real techniques and colour theory to help you harness your creativity, find your style, and surprise yourself along the way as you produce a different piece every week. I love seeing all the pallets at the end of a class, what beautiful colours our students mix! 🎨

Oh to be a dog splashing about in the sea! Students had a go at an impasto technique for their seaside backgrounds and some even drew inspiration from their own pets - spot our celebrity Oscar at the end 😍

Acrylics week 1: students used gesso primer (usually used to prep canvases and make them smooth) to apply paper scraps to create texture behind these boats. A messy class but totally worth the effort!
