The Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth) introduced their Ophthalmology Local Training (OLT) programme with an informative webinar.
It was highlighted that the current e-portfolio has a traffic light system for deanery trainees but this is not available to doctors in non-training posts. For the latter, it serves only as a repository for workplace-based assessments (WPBAs) and supervisor reports.
Good news: RCOphth will be updating the e-portfolio to allow different types of users to access the traffic light system.
Bad news: this won't be ready until 2023.
Great news: CESR Go can store all of the evidence for your CESR application and track your progress with traffic lights and progress bars.
