Why I use beeswax for my wax melts

Its a cleaner burn - beeswax is a natural, un-synthesized substance which means, it is not realising nasty chemicals in to your home and body, unlike others waxes such as paraffin wax which do.

It has a higher burning temperature than most other waxes - this helps the fragrance to last longer meaning you get more burns per melt. For example, each of my melts will last up to 5 burns, meaning my box of 6 wax melts can generate up to 30 burns. When you break down the cost, thats 40p per burn

Beeswax is biodegradable - meaning everything, including the box they come in will biodegrade within 6 months.

Do you know reed diffusers can be full of harmful chemicals?

Have you ever brought a reed diffuser, opened it up, loved the fragrance, popped it down, forgotten about it and then suffered with bad headaches, sneezing or coughing? If yes, it is likely you brought one full of synthetic fragrances and harmful chemicals

I have done this before. After a 2 year chest infection resulted in me being diagnosed with cystic fibrosis and having damaged lungs I noticed how badly I reacted to cheap, synthetic fragrance literally everywhere I went.

I would be sat in a waiting room, a friends home, a restaurant, someone's car, a bathroom and the tickle in the back of my throat would appear, next thing I knew id be in an intense coughing fit. Struggling to stop.

This is why I started to bring a natural and eco-conscious product to the table in the hopes of bringing awareness to the toxic home fragrance that are damaging your health and the environment
