Come and be yourself… 🤍✨

All we ever expect from you is that you show up.

Once you’re here, we’ll take care of the rest.
No pressure. No judgement. Just you, exactly as you are.

You show up. We’ll meet you there.🤍

Forever thankful to those who take time to come and see what we offer and support us on our journey, helping us to make a difference and seeing our vision.

Thanks for believing in us 🤍✨

I would say our provision and our summer camps are unique.

Because they’re created for YOU.
Yes… YOU and only you.🤍

What do you want to do?
Let’s do it.

What do you need right now?
Let’s get that.

We have planned activities, purposeful tasks, plenty of conversations and meaningful outcomes built into every day.

But ultimately, it’s about you.

Your interests.
Your ideas.
Your needs.
Your goals.
Your voice.

Sometimes the most meaningful learning happens when young people are given the freedom to choose, explore, talk, create, try something new and have a day where they feel heard.

It’s not one-size-fits-all.

It’s person-led. It’s purposeful. And it’s created around YOU.

Small numbers. Big impact. ✨

Here’s the boss of Katy Brittain … Christopher who popped in to talk to me about his book … where he’s up to and what we think will happen next. 🤍✨

This Week’s Recommendation 📚

**The Final Year**

This week’s recommendation is The Final Year which is a story about the last year of primary school and the huge pressures that can come with it.

SATS. Expectations. Friendships. Family life. Growing up.

But it’s also about the things that can sit underneath all of that…

💭 Being a young carer
💭 Living through a difficult home life
💭 Losing friends
💭 Losing hope
💭 Finding new friendships
💭 And, ultimately, finding hope again.

Sometimes we look at a young person and see the behaviour, the attendance, the missed work or the results.

But we don’t always see what they are carrying.

The Final Year is a reminder that the last year of primary school isn’t just about SATS and getting ready for secondary school.

It can be a huge year emotionally, socially and personally and sometimes what a young person needs most isn’t another expectation placed on them, but someone to notice, listen and remind them that there is still hope. ❤️
