Just completed a final session with 3 young people that I have supported over the last 11 weeks. We always feel a little sad when the sessions are over, but the amazing feedback and the positive difference made to these young people reminds us of impact the sessions have on their lives, both in and out of school.
It's an absolute pleasure and privilege that we get to experience this everyday. ๐ฅฐ

Mental Health Week is a reminder that support comes in many different forms โ and healing is not one-size-fits-all.
Multi-sensory therapy and Drawing and Talking, can help children and adults express emotions, feel understood, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with themselves in safe and creative ways.
Mental health support should not only be spoken about during Mental Health Week, but every week of the year. Everyone deserves compassion, understanding, and access to support that works for them.
Letโs continue to encourage open conversations, creativity, connection, and wellbeing โ today and always
โจ Happy New Year to all our followers! โจ
