Today was my last day as a Personal Trainer at JD Gyms Wigan 🥹💕

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me, trained with me and made my time here so special.
I’ve met some amazing people and made the loveliest memories that I’ll always cherish 🫶🏼✨

I’m also so grateful for all the lovely gifts, cards and kind messages I’ve received.
I’ve been completely spoilt and it honestly means so much to me! 🎀💕

It’s definitely bittersweet saying goodbye, but I’m so excited for my next chapter! ✨

Ella’s journey has been a quiet, steady reminder of how powerful small steps can be ✨🤍

Since starting in the gym, her confidence has been gently growing…. not just in how she moves, but in how she feels within herself

As someone who is autistic, stepping into a new environment can be overwhelming, but Ella continues to show up, try her best, and trust the process

What’s been really special to see is how this is beginning to carry over into her everyday life too! A little more confidence, a little more self-belief, and a willingness to keep going 💕

Progress doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful. And for anyone navigating their own challenges or disabilities, let this be a reminder that growth is always possible, in your own time and in your own way 🤍
