💛 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 💛

World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10th October. It’s a reminder of the importance of good mental health and the need to prioritise and invest in good mental health. Poor mental health is not inevitable, and World Mental Health Day is an opportunity for us all to consider how, together, we can help everyone have better mental health.

This year we are taking part, with thousands of schools, communities and companies wearing yellow this World Mental Health Day and raise awareness to show young people that they’re not alone with their mental health.

Right now, the world can be a tough place for children and young people to grow up in – and they are feeling the pressure. We want young people to know that they don’t have to go through this alone. Things can get better.💛
