I offer face-to-face tuition in KS1 & KS2 English, phonics, reading and maths at my home in Whitstable. I have first-hand sen experience. I was a former primary teaching assistant and have a level 3 diploma in support teaching, as well as a BA Honours English degree. Prior to this, I was a business journalist in London for more than 10 years. I am DBS registered.

Teaching students to draw the maths problem often helps them to visual it and understand what the question is asking. Breaking it down into small steps also helps.

Students finished & edited their formal letters. Some wrote them by hand, while others, who find handwriting tricky, preferred to type them. I think they all did a brilliant job.
