Tiny Oaks is a forest school group for toddlers and under 5's. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minute and children are free to explore in nature during that time.

We embrace the weather and the seasons and watch our little ones grow. Hi, My name is Jane and I own Tiny Oaks. I have worked in education since 1996 and I am passionate about outdoor learning. Children learn so much from play and exploration and what a better way than outside!

On this day, 9 years ago, whilst out exploring I realised there were no outdoor classes for toddlers in the area. Roll on a few weeks later and a huge push from my Friend Anne Marie. Tiny Oaks was born! 🌳

Thanks for an amazing morning. We had some fantastic bug finders today. The worms really did come out to play! We finished our session by making popcorn over the fire. It was great fun watching them pop everywhere!

Where to find Tiny Oaks on a Thursday morning.
We are based at Appletree Gardens First School in the EYFS Forest school. As there are many entrances to school, please take note it’s these ones to look for. We have spaces for our class tomorrow if you’d like to book on. There is lots to see and explore. Tomorrow we are having a firepit snack at the end of our session.
