Are you a reluctant singer? Maybe you love singing but are shy about your voice. Maybe you love singing but don't feel confident enough to be in a choir. Maybe you would like to be in a choir but hate the idea of performing. Are there some songs that you would just love to sing
Well.....here's how I can help

I would like to start a group called Sit and Sing
This is an informal group that meet together every week to sit/ relax/ meet up with friends/make new friends/share a brew and sing some favourite songs together.

It's not a choir We will never perform - it's a social group who wish to be sociable
You get to choose the songs
Singing is good for your heart and soul! It releases endorphins and brings a sense of happiness and well-being
We meet each Friday 1.30 to 3pm at St Bernadette's Social Centre in Whitefield

What a great afternoon we had in Prestwich. I'm starting a new class at St Bernadette's Social Centre, Bury New Road, Whitefield every Friday at 11.15. There is a free taster session on Friday 7th February. Come along!

Drumming for Fun! We had a fantastic afternoon with Cath Always Wanted To Sing & Play playing drums and feeling the benefits, improved mental health, relaxation, better circulation, laughing and much more. Cath shares drumming for Fun sessions at 11am every Friday at St Bernadettes social centre in Whitefield. For more info go along and ask Julie or Jo for more info.
