Carlito and I would like to welcome you to our polo livery stables, we like to keep our polo informal and relaxing, with bbq’s and honesty bar we ask for ideas from our clients on what they would like to see to make each chukka night and weekend, both competitive and social and then organise it! All of our polo and bbqs have an Argentine vein, so be prepared to enjoy a little of the Argentine pampas when you join us to play polo. We hope to see all of you again who played as guests last year, we had such fun last year, and hope that 2012 will be even better!!

🐴🌿 A life beyond the polo field at Carlitos Polo Club

Our ponies’ time off matters just as much as their time playing.

They spend time in outdoor corrals rather than being confined to stables, giving them room to move, fresh air and the company of other ponies.

From Sunday afternoon until Tuesday morning, they are turned out together as a herd, with time to graze, wander, socialise and simply be horses. 💚

The five freedoms provide an important guide to caring for their physical and mental wellbeing:

🌿 Freedom from hunger and thirst—with appropriate food and fresh water.
🏡 Freedom from discomfort—with suitable shelter and a comfortable place to rest.
🩺 Freedom from pain, injury and disease—with preventative care and prompt treatment.
🐴 Freedom to express normal behaviour—with space, suitable facilities and equine companionship.
💚 Freedom from fear and distress—with considerate handling and care.

Our corrals and regular herd turnout help support their freedom to move and socialise, alongside the daily care each pony needs.

Looking ahead to the 2027 season? We welcome enquiries about polo livery at Carlitos Polo Club in Berkshire.

A lovely evening at Don Beni’s celebrating the end of our polo season and, most of all, thanking our wonderful grooms. 🐴❤️

Our ponies played magnificently this summer, thanks to the care and hard work that goes on behind the scenes every single day. We’re so grateful to our grooms for everything they do.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Don Beni’s for looking after us so well! 🥂

Last night was all about our grooms! 🐴❤️

We gathered at Don Beni’s to celebrate the end of the polo season and thank the people who care for our ponies day in, day out. The ponies played magnificently this summer, and our grooms’ dedication made that possible. We’re so grateful to every one of you. 🙏

Thank you to Don Beni’s for a lovely evening! 🥂
