Today was a day that feeling let down by our police is a massive understatement!!!!!

I have a dear friend who has a stalker, this stalker was, who is a homeless man. My friend who works for a local charity to help people in need within our community. Where this individual wants help because she gave him kindness as what her job is.
We all remember Sarah Evearad and sad cases like that.
Today he took her kindness to far ....
But when the police turned up they told her that they were going to take him to a hotel that he was staying in.
However the Police never did that.
I went down into town to help my friend to make her feel safe and guess what??????
I went out to the police officers and asked then what is happening with this man???
The young officer wanted to do his job but the older officers just said we are working out what to do and put the window up
(basically f**k off!!!) And drove off.
5 MUINETS LATER
I decided to walk my friend home and that guy was still on the corner we had to walk pas him.
I HATE TO THINK WAHT SHE WOULD OF HAD TO DEAL WITH IF I WAS NOT THERE !!!!!!!!!!
She would of had to pass her stalker about a mile away from her home after the Police had told her that he was being removed, and literally 2.5 minutes later he was on the corner waiting for her.
100% duty of cair from our police.
And again the only one police officer who wanted to do something was told to shut up.
I saw this with my own eyes and was shocked.
Old police stopping good policeman.
I have never been so discussed with out local police.
Just shocking !!!!!!!!!!!
I won't let this dissappear.
If I was not there my friend who is being stalked and he became violent today. Was told that he will be taken to his hostel. That did not happen that just fobbed us off!!!!
Whay would happe if I was not there !!!!

Please try to come along so that they know we are serious !!!

The old Weymouth High Street is an outstanding area of history in our town. Beneath the tarmac lies clues to our origins and development as a town and a community.
It would be a travesty of monumental proportions to allow the developers to not fulfill their duty and build on it all without first paying for an Archaeological Dig on the site, so that we .. and more importantly, future generations of Weymouth folk, know how they got here.
