🌟 Primrose Lane: Securely Green & Proud! 💚✨

We’re over the moon to share that Primrose Lane’s recent Ofsted inspection judged us to meet or exceed every expected standard - we are now securely green across the board! 🎉🙌

Inspectors saw exactly what makes our school special: pupils who shine every day, staff who go above and beyond, and a community that never stops striving for the very best. Our Personal Development and Wellbeing was recognised as a strong standard, showing that we truly put children at the heart of everything we do.

And our outcomes? Incredible. With 92% of Year 6 pupils achieving the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined, we’re in the top 2% of schools nationally 🚀📘

This success belongs to our pupils, staff, families and governors - thank you for being part of our journey. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited for everything still ahead at Primrose Lane!

We’re thrilled to invite all eligible children at Primrose Lane to take part in the BBC 500 Words competition – the UK’s biggest story‑writing challenge for 5–11 year‑olds.

Children can write their stories at home, then bring them into school to share with their teachers and classmates. We love seeing their imaginations burst into life.

✨ We are PROUD to be Primrose Lane ✨

Last week we held a special Celebration Assembly where each class shared what makes them feel proud to be part of Primrose Lane.

We enjoyed everything from heartfelt poems to a lively rap and a fantastic showcase of art projects. It was wonderful to see our children celebrating our school, sharing their talents and showing exactly what makes Primrose Lane so special.

We also welcomed Ofsted to Primrose Lane last week and we were incredibly proud to show inspectors our school. 💛
