At ECS we aim to support training providers who deliver workbased learning. Our services focus on employer engagement across all sectors and help businesses to upskill existing staff and to offer a free recruitment service for those apprentices aged 16-18 with a 5% coinvestment for those aged 19 and above. If you are an apprentice seeker we can support you to find a suitable employer to onboard you onto an apprenticeship programme and for employers large or small to help with your DAS account and manage learners onto programmes through coordinated efforts with our panel of training providers.
