GoWild Outdoors

Thanks to the Cartmel Agricultural Society Cumbria for inviting us to come along yesterday. We had a great time and hope the people enjoyed coming to visit us and trying out our activities and seeing what we had to show you 🙂

Thanks to the Tockwith and District Show for inviting us to come along yesterday. It was great to be there and we had a blast in sun 🌞

🍁 Our forest after school club ended with a bang! The children had a go at a bit of Hapa-zome (which is Japanese style leaf printing on a bit of fabric) and on top of the child led fun we had some nice campfire treats to finish. The children had hot dogs for dessert they enjoyed some campfire waffle cone Smore surprise and for third course they had Smore bursts, they were well fed in their last session of the year.

For us marked an end to our year 6 who have been attending the session since we started 5 years ago, so for us it was a nice way for us to end their Westville GoWild Outdoors Ltd forest school with them.

Our child led sessions here are out for the summer, we will be back on the 7th September. If anyone fancies joining in the GoWild Outdoors forest school club, our sessions run between 4:15-5:15pm each Mondays! Come and join in the fun.

It been a great week so far at camp. The children have had plenty of activities including learning to play the samba drums, making crafts and having a water gun fight to cool down in the heat. Looking forward to the last session tomorrow until the summer.

Great start to holiday camp this week...despite the very hot weather, the children kept busy in the shade and we even managed to have a large water fight to cool down.
