Veggie taco Wednesday has become a regular thing in The Cooking Shed household (Tuesdays just don’t work for us) They’re a great way to pack in the veggies, fibre, and proteins, and because of the tacos and ‘build your own style’, the kids see it as an absolute treat!

If you’re doing simply swap the cheese and yogurt for vegan versions.

She's undertaking market research in to menopause and the possibility of creating a device to monitor hormone levels to aid the prescription of HRT.
