Wow wow wow, well done to my Thursday class who nailed all of the tricks quicktime! Can't believe that next week is our last week already!

So impressed with what my Tuesday class have achieved in 5 weeks, and can't believe next week is our last week!

For those of you who are keen we can have some practice time between this course and the next. What days/times suit you all best?

Really pleased with the fantastic progress of my two beginners classes. We are now at the halfway point through the course! Well done all!!

Now that the nights are drawing in and I know that space is at a premium in most of our houses, who would be interested in having access to some practice space for informal hoop jam sessions?
