Whilst writing and drawing comics at Story Creators we always chat about our favourite comics and graphic novels. This research from The National Literacy Trust highlights the importance of these highly visual books.

Half way through Adventure Stories already!

These are good examples of how stories evolve - using inspiration from pictures. There was debate around whether you can have a turtle as a baddy character. What do you think?

I have a feeling this character will be a new favourite at Story Creators. You can see the process of how Mrs Strict came about and then the stories that have come from the first drawing. PS I am glad I have never been taught by Mrs Strict 😬😱
