Remedial Pregnancy Massage on Hydrotherm

I’m a Level 5 qualified Soft Tissue Therapist, integrating the warmth & support of the Hydrotherm massage system so that you can completely relax

Backache is a common symptom during pregnancy as ligaments and tendons stretch to support a changing body, as well as changes to posture as baby starts to weigh more!

Pelvic discomfort can occur at any stage, but most commonly in the 3rd trimester due to softening of ligaments and babies head starting to engage

Fatigue, insomnia and restlessness are also common as you get closer to your due date...

How might massage help?
• My primary goal is to promote a healthy, joyful and relaxed pregnancy
• Using the couch (heated to 37*) provides the ultimate massage experience and promotes muscle relaxation
• We will focus on symptomatic areas as requested by you, to help ease away those niggles
• The use of if you’d like

Did you know? National Breastfeeding Helpline UK supports callers at any stage of their infant feeding journey - without judgment 💜

The helpline team are all parents themselves, who understand how crucial support and evidence-based, reliable information can be.

Even though the service is aimed at those seeking support with breastfeeding or providing breast milk - we also provide support and information with other aspects of infant feeding.

This includes:
- expressing and storing breast milk
- safe cleaning and sterilisation of bottles
- paced feeding
- combination feeding
- weaning

The NBH team will also happily signpost to trustworthy and independent resources if asked about issues outside their expertise. Any information shared with callers is evidence-based and trustworthy.
