Our wonderful preschool in West Bridgford, Nottingham is looking to recruit two term-time only members of staff to start in September.

Post 1
Preschool Deputy Manager to work 3 days Monday-Wednesday with occasional flexibility.
We will require the candidate to take on the role of SENCO Lead and Safeguarding Lead.

Post 2
Pre-school assistant to work on a Friday with some occasional cover for staff absences.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:
• Passion for, and experience of, working with children in an Early Years setting
• An ability to motivate all children to reach their full potential
• High expectations and be a reflective practitioner
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidates will hold, as a minimum, a Level 3 childcare qualification. An enhanced DBS check will be required.

We watched over the last few weeks how our caterpillars 🐛 grew and we followed the life cycle, last Friday we let 1 of the butterflies free & Charlotte let the rest free in her garden.
Please can children come to preschool with 8 sun cream on & also can they bring a sun hat please.

We made a sunflower last week,which Rani has displayed on the wall in pre-school. We also planted sunflower seeds last week which were sent home with the children. We also enjoyed gardening with Hazel last week, Hazel bought some new plants which we planted from the money that was raised at Easter.

Preschool Assistant required – St Giles Preschool

Our wonderful preschool in West Bridgford, Nottingham is looking to recruit a term-time only Preschool Assistant to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone who can work over 16 hours a week, we need someone to work flexibly across the week to cover staff absence and holidays, and offer additional staffing where needed.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

· Passion for, and experience of, working with children in an Early Years setting

· An ability to motivate all children to reach their full potential

· High expectations and be a reflective practitioner

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
