In my coaching sessions with children this week we have been looking at their values. What makes them who they really are and what do others see. It's always a pleasure to see their confidence grow in these conversations.

This week, to tap into this, we thought about what we would an alien to do, see, hear and feel if he had only 24 hours on the planet. This led us to think, what is really important to us. A great springboard for future work on growing confidence.

Today I spent the day facilitating a values-led INSET a St Philip Howard Catholic School in Hatfield. I have been working with Mrs Waugh and her growing and forward-thinking leadership team for a number of months now, and it was a pleasure to build on this with the larger staff body today. Powerful engagement of the staffing team in considering the shared values of the school whilst tapping into our core purpose to set up for new term. as well as a firm way forward to grow this understanding.

What a year it has been! Since beginning Flourish with Debbie in October 2021 the business has gone from strength to strength. I have delivered over 200 hours of coaching to educational leaders, parents and young people in 2023. I am so grateful to everyone that has supported me along the way.

I have also extended my skills accessing further training and supporting charities such as MCR Pathways Isabel Hospice and brainstrust with my skills.

2024 is looking even brighter with further Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner training. So if you've yet to experience the magic of coaching, keep in touch!

So excited to share that I have completed my Coaching in Education qualification with The Coaching Academy. This, coupled with my existing Level 5 Diploma in Performance Coaching, builds my skills as a coach working in schools and with young people.
