Today we completed a TASKMASTER MARBLE RUN CHALLENGE in Orchid class!! We had some very creative entries, and some very successful runs ☺️ the teams all showed teamwork and resilience - what a great morning!

The wait is nearly over—just one day until the Summer Reading Challenge 2026 begins at Wellingborough Library!

Join us from Saturday 4 July for this year’s theme, “Read to the Beat”.

Children can sign up, choose their books, collect stickers, and earn a medal and certificate for completing the challenge.

Don’t miss out—get ready to join the fun and start reading with us tomorrow!

This morning, Orchid class finished their science unit by conducting an experiment about the height of children. We asked to measure some friends from different classes, then put our results into a table. We found the average height for each age and discussed some surprising results! 📏 INMAT

What a fantastic Sewing Day in Daisy Class! 🧵✨

After designing their own puppets and thinking carefully about their purpose, audience and success criteria, the children brought their ideas to life today. For many children, this was their first sewing project, and they showed amazing resilience, positivity and determination throughout. They adapted their designs when needed, kept persevering and created some fantastic puppets that they are incredibly proud of.

A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers and the additional staff who joined us to support the day. Working with the children in smaller groups helped the day run so smoothly, and we are so grateful for your time, encouragement and support.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the experience – well done, Daisy!

Primrose class had a wonderful afternoon learning about how aeroplanes stay in the sky! They then made their own paper plane that they flew before making adjustments to see if they would fly further! INMAT
