A rather damp parkrun at Sutcliffe didn't put off the Plumstead Runners who were volunteering today!

Well done to everyone for a successful 5K handicap on Wednesday. Great to be able to run in Danson park during the lighter evenings.

Brilliant day volunteering at London, the best marathon in the world. Our marshal point shared with New Eltham Joggers ensured the event was safe and maximum support today. Well done to all the runners.

Well done to our top 3 runners on Wednesday for the 10k handicap. It's good to be able to run in light.

Sunday 12th April 2026. The Plum were at Brighton marathon manning a water station. What a great day out and fabulous to see club members on the course too.

Congratulations on Duncan making his 250th parkrun last Saturday.

Huge congratulations to Duncan, who’s set to complete his 250th parkrun this week – a brilliant milestone. 🏃‍♂️

And Otto 🐶? We’ve no idea how many runs he’s done, but it’s a lot… and they’ve all been quick.

Duncan will also be volunteering for the 73rd time, stepping in to scan at the finish.

Thanks, Duncan (and Otto), for everything you put into parkrun – it doesn’t go unnoticed. 👏

And not to be outdone, Gina was in Paphos for the marathon (first lady 70 category) and the Veros at the Lisbon half.
