BALANCE - our class that really focuses on strength, coordination, flexibility, toning and mindfulness!
We love to utilise the trampoline as much as we can, and in this class we use it like a ballet barre, holding onto it lightly for balance whilst working on our strength.

Last nightβs Bounce & Barbells was one for the books ποΈββοΈ
We ditched the hall and took it outside to exercise in the breeze instead. The fresh air was well needed!
Massive shoutout to everyone who still showed up. It wouldβve been easy to skip it with the heat, but you turned up, put the work in, and kept the vibe strong. You should be proud of yourselves π
Dan dialed back the cardio so we could keep working out safely without overheating, while still getting that full-body burn in.
If you missed it, donβt worry β we are back tonight at 7pm!

I mean we always knew our classes were the hottest around but now theyβre even hotter!
Please be sure weβre turning the intensity down a notch so you can keep moving safely and actually enjoy it.
Hereβs how weβre keeping you cool in class:
Taking it down β Expect lower impact options, more recovery time, and less βgo until you dropβ. Weβll still work you, just smarter.
Fans + doors open β Weβve got airflow maxed out.
Hydration breaks built in β Donβt skip them. Water is your best mate right now.
Tips for you before/during class:
Hydrate early β Sip water all day, not just when you arrive.
Wear light, breathable kit β Ditch the layers.
Listen to your body β Modify, pause, sit it out if you need. No ego, just common sense.
Salt & electrolytes help β If youβre sweating buckets, plain water wonβt cut it.
Weβre not cancelling the vibe, just adapting so you leave feeling strong, not wiped out.

I used to do weights in the gym, and it was always so easy to give up when it became tough - but thatβs where the change happens. It happens in your muscles and happens in your mind. You realise you CAN push yourself and thatβs exactly what happens in our Barbells class!
